However, it does contain significantly more sodium, with a whopping 970 mg. A solution to the high-salt problem is to ask for the sandwich without cheese, which can knock off 200mg.

This breakfast sandwich would score higher on our list if Chik-fil-A wasn’t such a douchey organization. They are constantly getting sued for racial & sexual discrimination, sexual harassment and price gauging.  I think they even hate puppies. ? But if you don’t give a sh*t where you spend your hard earned dollar, this is one of the healthiest fast food breakfast sandwiches.
