Over the past two decades Ideal Bar and Grill has been an iconic Santa Cruz eatery. Their prime location on Beach Street marks the beginning of the Santa Cruz Wharf with a great view of Main Beach. We love the great food and the awesome Cold Water Classic after parties they throw each year. They are one of the few restaurants that has a patio right on the beach next to the Santa Cruz wharf. No trip to Santa Cruz is complete without a stop in Ideal Bar.
