Mondays are truly horrible for most of us.  There is no need to add to the pain by having headaches or digestion issues.  Many of us already feel guilty about what we ate, lack of exercise, embarrassing late night texts and or dance moves.  Its important to start your week off on the road to recovery.  The first step is to start building the body back up – immediately.  Here are five easy foods you should try to consume on Mondays, if not every day of the week.
