Greek cucumber salad, or Tzatziki is an amazing item to have on hand in your home.  Tzatziki is a relatively healthy dish containing many vitamins and minerals, such as Vitamin A, Vitamin C, and Calcium. Vitamin A is an important vitamin for strong bones and healthy eyes.  But more than that Tzatziki is low in fat and a good emulsifying agent.

Pro-Tip: Use tzatziki instead of mayo when you make a tuna or chicken salad.  Its also great for dipping vegetables and crackers; much better than that disgusting spinach artichoke dip you find eat at super bowl parties.  Get on tzatziki train, it’s headed to good places on your fitness journey!
