Let’s face it, you are going to snack. So you might as well control that outcome and buy snacks that are reasonably healthy and tasty. Proper snacking will also help you control your portion size at meals. Proper snacking is also recommended by most fitness instructors. Triscuits are not a superfood, but they are a helluva lot better for you than Kettle Chips, Pop Chips or Doritos. If you are like most men, you open a bag of chips and eat the whole bag. Triscuits don’t taste as good as chips so it keeps you from eating the whole box. Sure, you can buy better crackers, but you can buy Triscuits without going to a weirdo supermarket that has valet parking attendants and kale samples.
