On this day in 1971, LOOK Magazine published its last magazine.  The popular lifestyle magazine of the 40s, 50s & 60s gave birth to one of the film industries iconic directors, Stanley Kubrick.  Kubrick was a staff photographer contributing over 300 assignments to the publication before going onto become one of the most successful film directors of all time with films like, Spartacus, The Shining, Clockwork Orange.
